The Client, by placing an order, agrees that they accept the conditions of the liability agreement.

Payment

Bookings are held once a 50% deposit is received, payable by Venmo or Zelle. The deposit will go toward the total cost of your rental. Payment of all rental charges are due at time of delivery.

Cancellation

Cancellations can be made 7 days prior to the scheduled event date. The deposit during booking is non-refundable, but may be applied towards the cost of another event if held within 90 days of the original event date.

Setup/Use of Equipment

Just Celebrate Events will take every caution, but shall not be liable for any damage to the site, furniture or personal belongings.

The Client is responsible for checking the number of rental items against the agreement upon delivery.

After the setup and verification of all equipment, the Client will be liable for any loss or damage to the rentals. Damage to rental during use is the responsibility of the Client and the Client agrees that repair or replacement charges for damaged equipment will be made after the rental date ($250 per marquee).

Liability

Just Celebrate Events is not liable for any accidents that occur during the rental period. The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period.

Just Celebrate Events will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests during your event. Just Celebrate Events will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment during your rental.
